If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily request an exchange or return under the following terms:

  • You may exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
    • Wrong size.
    • Wrong item received.
    • Manufacturing defect.

  • If the exchange is due to size or change of preference, the customer will cover both shipping costs.
  • If the error is from Totsa Kids (wrong item or manufacturing issue), we will cover all shipping fees.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (for online payments), or through bank transfer / wallet (for cash-on-delivery orders), after deducting shipping costs.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or missing their original tags or packaging.
