At Totsa Kids, we care about your satisfaction and always strive to provide high-quality, comfortable products for your little ones.
If, for any reason, youβre not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily request an exchange or return under the following terms:
π Exchange Policy
- You may exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong size.
- Wrong item received.
- Manufacturing defect.

- If the exchange is due to size or change of preference, the customer will cover both shipping costs.
- If the error is from Totsa Kids (wrong item or manufacturing issue), we will cover all shipping fees.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3β7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (for online payments), or through bank transfer / wallet (for cash-on-delivery orders), after deducting shipping costs.
π« Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or missing their original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday) β unless faulty or incorrect.
